We are always trying to offer the best with local products from many countries, always fresh greengrocer section, a wide variety of butcher’s section and bakery varieties that we cook in our own ovens, completely handmade. We take care to procure all our products directly from the manufacturers. You can be sure that you can find much more on our shelves than what you want to find in a market.

2 months agoI have been a regular customer at this shop since 2020 and have generally had positive experiences with both the quality of the meat and the service provided. However, during my recent visits, I encountered a member of staff whose approach to customer service was noticeably below the standard I have come to expect. The interaction felt abrupt, and my questions were not addressed clearly or professionally, which made the experience somewhat uncomfortable. I value the shop and its products, and I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Consistent, courteous customer service is an important part of maintaining the positive reputation the business has built over the years.

7 months agoSometimes I saw they selling frozen meat as a fresh meat. If you try to shop early morning maybe you can see they opened frozen meat and chicken box to make it ready as a fresh product. Also stuff not always nice and sometimes you feel they follow you!!!

2 weeks agoThe men who are in the meat area are rude, unempathetic and not at all kind! They owe it to customers and should treat women with respect. I had the terrible experience that an employee of his in the chicken area yelled at me twice and served things with hatred! I complained to the cashier and the woman laughed in my face, I never go back to that place.

2 months agoI am writing to express my disappointment after my second negative experience at this butcher shop. When I asked if I could pay, the butcher responded in a dismissive and impatient manner, telling me to wait until he had finished dicing the meat. His tone came across as unprofessional and discourteous. The woman at the counter also appeared rude and unwelcoming, and there seemed to be eye signalling between staff members, which made the overall atmosphere uncomfortable. There are many other butcher shops available, so customers should not have to spend their money while receiving poor customer service. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this shop unless standards improve.

5 months agoI have been overcharged for the wrong product. The lady at the till charged me £1.70 for a cheese borek which in reality was a completely different product that costs £0.99. I went back and I then was forced to accept a cash refund of £0.70 due to this being "imposible" to refund me back to my original payment method, card payment. I would have not wasted my time writing this stupid review if it wasn't for that guy the cashier called over to help,which told me straight to my face that he tried to help my but mistakes happen and that the cash refund is the only option in this situation. Rude! I am being robbed by your incompetent staff mate. That's not how you deal with your regular customers. Id like to hear what Trading Standards and the Citisen Advice has to say after I report this matter to them. "As pe Consumer Rights Act 2015:A refund should be made using the original payment method. A shop cannot force a cash refund if you paid by card — that is their internal policy, not the law." Don't think the guy handled the matter in the right way.
