I placed an online order on an item that appeared to be in stock on October 7, and a month later, I have no updates on my order nor are they responding to my emails about a refund. They went completely dark on me. I’ll be calling the better business bureau to file a formal complaint.
I bought bread from this bakery, but unfortunately it wasn’t fresh — it tasted like it might have been from the day before. I’ve had a similar issue before and was told I’d need a receipt to exchange it, so I didn’t go back this time. Disappointed with the quality.
