The food was decent overall. The eggplant appetizer was okay, and the tomato kebab had nice flavor but was a little dry and could use a bit more meat to go with the rice. Tea was served from a bag instead of loose leaves, which was a little disappointing. Service was fine, and just a note that an 18% tip is already included in the check. The atmosphere during my visit was a bit distracting since there was a party with separate groups of men and women talking loudly.
On the positive side, the store section had some interesting Turkish products for cooking. The homemade baklava was fresh and very tasty, and the Turkish pistachio ice cream was a real highlight—delicious!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at your Turkish restaurant and I just had to say – everything was absolutely amazing! The food was incredibly delicious, full of authentic flavors that truly took me on a journey.
The atmosphere was calm and cozy, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the experience. Special thanks to the waitress – she was so professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. Service like that makes all the difference!
And oh my god… the tea, coffee, and especially the lokum – just perfect! 5 stars from me and lots of love from your Georgian guests. You made us feel right at home. I’ll definitely be back!

It’s rare to find a place where the food is delicious, the atmosphere is inviting, and the staff are genuinely kind — but this restaurant has it all. On top of that, having a butcher, a market, and a bakery all in one spot is absolutely amazing. You can enjoy a great meal, then stock up on everything you need before heading out. A truly well-thought-out and satisfying experience!
I visited Aladdin Restaurant in Chicago, and I was truly impressed. The food is incredibly delicious and offers a wide variety of options. The owners are very welcoming, and the staff is extremely kind and courteous. The place is spotless and stays open late, which is a big plus.
What makes Aladdin truly unique is that it’s not just a restaurant — it also includes a bakery, a market, and a butcher, all beautifully designed under one roof. I haven’t seen anything like this elsewhere in the U.S.
I live in California, but I’m already sure I’ll come back to Chicago just to visit Aladdin again. If you ever find yourself in Chicago, don’t miss the chance to experience the amazing food and warm atmosphere at Aladdin.
Cute place, friendly service. I picked up a to go order.
The chicken had good flavor, rice was good.
They have a good selection of fresh meat and adorable baked goods.
