Honestly, as someone who lives in this neighborhood, I feel like I know the layout of this store better than most of the employees. Because the staff changes so often, I end up helping other customers find what they’re looking for. It’s hard to feel confident in a business when the employees never stay long. I really hope management addresses this issue, because it seriously affects the overall customer experience.

I used to visit Ali and Bella every weekend, and it was always something I looked forward to. The energy and connection between them were truly special you could feel it the moment you walked in. It honestly makes me really sad knowing I won’t be able to see them again. Weekends just won’t feel the same.
