SO GOOD!
The food is excellent snd the service was top notch. They offered me a free pudding cup and it was so good I came back the next day and got just the pudding and one for SO.
The store itself is amazing as well. So many great quick bites and awesome imported goods to try out. The staff is very friendly as well and the presentation of the bakery and sweets department is A1.
Excellent Istanbul restaurant! Everything is very tasty and fresh — you can feel it’s made with love. Service is top-notch — the staff are polite, attentive, and pleasant to talk to. Definitely five stars!
Today I ordered a doner wrap (shawarma), and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The meat was clearly not fresh — from the previous days. It was dry, tasteless, and had lost all its juiciness.
What made it worse was that instead of serving fresh food, the restaurant tried to cover up the poor quality of the meat by adding sauces and salad inside the wrap. It felt like an attempt to hide meat that normally should not be served to customers at all.
I expect honesty and freshness when I pay for food, not shortcuts to mask old ingredients. This was not acceptable, and I will not be coming back.
I regret spending my money here. It was not deserved. HARAM OLSUN.
We ordered a takeaway doner, lavash was not a lavash but a thick tortilla that fell apart, the smell and taste were as if it had deteriorated, in general, the money and doner were thrown in the trash
I was disappointed with my recent visit. The food was served cold, which significantly affected the overall experience. The staff did not appear welcoming or attentive, making the atmosphere feel uninviting. Additionally, the product selection was quite limited, and many items were missing price labels, which made shopping inconvenient. I also noticed that prices seemed considerably higher compared to other places offering similar products.
