They have very high-quality products, especially the Merve Tulum cheese — it’s amazing and you can’t find it anywhere else in Canada. I received excellent service. Fast, high-quality store, very clean, with friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended.
Update ( every thing I bought from them was either EXPIRED or about to expire, so disappointed, please check the expiry dates before buying)
Visited Montreal just for grocery shopping, Pretty much found everything I wanted in this store.
Bought lot's of stuff, so They MISTAKENLY charged me for one extra jam jar, but it's ok, I had a loooong bill (they owe me 3$ now).
All their goods are labeled correctly (unlike in Ottawa) although some of them were a bit over priced.
Store was soooo clean and tidy, staff was super nice and helpful (AGAIN the exact opposite of the Turkish store on Carling, Ottawa)
Loved shopping there.
Definitely going back
The store is nice. The seller is courteous. But the lokum we purchased (see photo, pistachio paste in the middle wrapped in white nougat) was spoiled and tasted like bitter soap, impossible to eat, yet the due date was valid.
We tried 3 times to eat a different piece from the box but every time we spat it out.
Other types of lokums and goods we bought there were good but this one was the most expensive delight($10) and fancy and a big disappointment.
Pomegranate sauce and figs jam were especially good.
We recommend owners to regularly try the products they sell cause they might get spoiled.
