Extremely overpriced, and a large amount of items don't have price tags. Realized 500ml tub of ice cream costs $34 at check out, and the cashier's response was "it comes from Turkey" - did it fly first class from Turkey? Isn't that the point of a Turkish food market anyways? You are basically paying for the cost of low customer traffic because this shop is in a hidden neighbourhood in Oakville. Basically a convenience tax for those that are from the area and don't want to get into Toronto.
I used to love coming here when 2 women used to run this shop. They were very honest and genuine. The last time I visited I bought a bag of chai and a freezer product that had no price. The bill should have been around $20 plus tax as I’ve bought many times before. My bill was $40. The man overcharged me. yaziklar olsun sana
