Disappointed with Order Accuracy
Although I’ve appreciated the quality and freshness of the meat and the staff is helpful most of the time, I was disappointed with my recent experience. I placed a meat order for over $100 and received a different type than what I had requested. That’s just not fair, especially for a large order.
I hope they pay more attention to customer requests in the future. Quality is important, but accuracy and trust matter just as much.
DO NOT VISIT IF YOU ARE A FEMALE - My wife visited this store and the men working there all began asking her where she was from, when she told them she wasn't they started making vulgar comments about her in Turkish while joking around with one another (she understands enough to know what they were saying - and furthermore she had gone there directly from the masjid where she was teaching and dressed in a full abaya). The guys working there made her extremely uncomfortable. When she told her friends about this they all confided that they had experienced the same which is why they avoid going there alone.
This store has the best Colorado lamb in town. Their workers are very friendly and kind to all, they all are very respectful to women wearing hijab and that's very much appreciated. Thank you!
