Good place for delicious food, a must visit for lunch, if you haven't tried the Adana Kebab you are missing out. Some amazing collection of Turkish/Italian groceries. Highly recommend trying out if you are in the area!
I don't know anything about Turkish cuisine, but went in on a whim just to see what they had. I did end up getting some dates and a bottle of pomegranate syrup though. The store is very crowded: the aisles are very narrow and there was a random empty shelving unit blocking access to the freezers. They have a good variety of spices and dried fruits. They also carry lots of packaged items, some are from the Middle East and North Africa as well. Most of the products do not have price tags or prices posted on the shelves so it's hard to tell if the prices are reasonable. There's a small lunch counter in back but I didn't notice a menu; maybe I just missed it because I wasn't going to buy any prepared food. There was at least one table up front but it seemed like the people who ordered food got it for takeout. The older man at the front counter was friendly when I checked out but none of the staff had greeted me when I came in or asked if they could help me find anything which surprised me.
The only way to describe this place is to let you take the journey with me from my first visit.
Saw this place on a commercial, and I’ve been looking to branch my tastebuds out, so to the market I went. Nice, small market with tons of food from overseas. But I was instantly lost, because I wasn’t sure where the cafe was. After a quick glance you can see a nice meat cooler in the distance. Not that it was hard to find, but it took a minute. There were about 4 men behind the counter and I walked up like a teenager at the doctors office, unsure of what to say or order. I was immediately greeted and presented with the a nice visual menu as well as other items not listed, but could be found by scanning the menu barcode. After placing my order, the gentlemen pointed to the (most delicious) Turkish tea/chai, and offered me to have a cup and sit in the cafe area while I wait. And just around the isle sure stood a nice table set and chairs to relax and wait for your food. I decided to wander aimlessly around the market. I didn’t really know many of the foods they sold, but opened my mind to the dishes I could try to make with everything they sold. Which in that instance, a man (one of the 4 from behind the counter) saw me looking at the grains and rices they sold. He began to explain what some were used for and recommended a great dish to create. Like he read my mind and erased it if it’s ignorance. I instantly felt like I was shopping on the market streets socializing with everyone in town. Now ready for my food I venture back to now be offered very delicious olives they use on some dishes. Like a family member sneaking you food before it’s ready I was overjoyed and honestly very very comfortable now. We chatted with another employee as we headed to the front to pay…..where we were again offered sparkling water (tastes like apple juice) on the way out. I can say the food was a 9/10 but the atmosphere and service was a 20/10. I would go back just to hang out. They are now, family. And that’s how family should be treated. Thanks guys!!!!
Update: they don’t serve the breakfast anymore
Hot food available from the 11am.
They said they will update

Are you guys serving the Turkish breakfast or not?
I saw the store open 9am and we arrived 920am. We attempt to order breakfast and the lady turns her head “No” and turns her back. Tried to ask more question when it serve or no longer offer from menu, again looks annoyed turns her head “No” and turns her back again, said only the food in display cases available. We thought she does not speak English first, but later we felt obviously she is uncouth. I read other review here and all people who give 1 star to this store is talking about her. And staffs response were “yes she is like that” ? Lmao. And she is still there. Great business.
Genuinely asking, why still this is advertised if it is not available, and what are the actual hours of Cafe?
The rudest and ill mannered people ever. They are rude to customers for no reason. If you go in to buy meat and ask to cut , all of them behave in the rudest way possible. Zero courtsey, zero mannaer exhibited by both the old man at counter and lady behind the counter. Specially the lady never learned any manners at home.
