Even though I don’t visit often, whenever I’m in the area I make a point of stopping by Istanbul Food Bazaar. It’s one of my go-to places for stocking up on authentic Turkish products to keep in the pantry or freezer and enjoy little by little at home. Their selection is immense— from lokum (Turkish delight) (I recently tried a sour cherry variety and it was absolutely delicious), to pantry staples and specialty items that aren’t always easy to find elsewhere. I also love picking up simit here, and the quality of their grape leaves for yaprak sarma They also offer different kinds of börek, dairy products along with other prepared Turkish foods I haven’t seen in many other markets. The butcher section is very well stocked, and it’s worth highlighting that the meat is halal-certified. Beyond food, I also appreciate how well supplied they are in cleaning products and personal hygiene items — the variety is noticeably broader than in other stores I’ve visited. Overall, a good option in New Jersey for anyone looking for authentic Turkish imports and a well-rounded shopping experience.

Istanbul Food Pazar cannot be beat! This place has it all! They've got 🌹 water that's cheaper than regular water! The butcher shop is the real deal! They had just about every cut of meat you could think of!

$28.49 per pound is ridiculous. Halal meat shouldn’t cost more than double the non-Halal price. I can find the same cut for $12/lb elsewhere. It feels like people who buy Halal are being taken advantage of just because they need it. Turkish people always sell everything so expensive why are these people so greedy

This place is falling apart. I’m glad a competitor came in finally at the right time with much better service and location. This place just feels like an ongoing construction site — hard to get in, hard to even walk around through aisles. Always dirty. If you feel the same, do not worry. It shouldn’t take that long for “Anatolia Market” to outrun this place. Keep up with it, or go out of this line of business.

Unbelievably expensive, I bought ground beef and when looking at the price , I was shocked, like I am buying wagyu beef, $12.5/lb for ground beef, is like I am buying gold here. This insane , I paid extra $40 to $50 dollars than other nearby places. Another thing , he cut the beef from same piece , but used different tags like one is eye round another is chuck roast - see photos, I got robbed today, WATCH OUT!!!
