I love coming here to buy my Halal meat. The meat is always freshly packed and it’s nice to see products from other countries that I can try particularly the Turkish products. They also have nice Turkish desserts. I also love the fact that they are open 24 hours. That’s amazing. Yeah This is very helpful for anyone. Who needs to buy late night groceries. They have fruits, vegetables, snacks, juice, soda, water, fresh meat, cheese, milk, pretty much everything that you need. The ribeye cut I buy always cooks nice and juicy too. Here are lamb chops that I made with Turkish rice both products purchased from here. I also got half chicken. Halal meat is the best ‼️
I really like Turkish stores, because they have a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, but not this one. I was disappointed with most empty shelves or fruit no longer suitable for purchase. Pomegranates was good.
⚠️Be careful at the checkout, I bought 5 packets of spices for +-$1, and when I got home I saw 25!! packets in the receipt! (By the way, there was no line so the cashier was in a hurry and could make a mistake).
I live too far away to go back at night and prove something to get my $10 back. But this was my 1st and last time in this store.
The store is open 24 hours a day, but for some reason at 10 pm there was no employees behind the counter, just 1 cashier.
The new addition of the store brings produce front and center. The incredible assortment of foods, including halal meat and Middle Eastern bread of all types along with the extensive olive bar is a joy to shop at. The Middle Eastern sweets are beyond compare. A great place on Staten Island to shop for international foods from the Middle East.
